They rebuilt the entire deck, and it looks incredible! Brand new and beautiful. Very high quality workmanship on a rather complex project. The deck is three levels, with a small walking ramp, steps the length of the deck and a custom cutout for a water feature. They did outstanding work. The service is also outstanding. "Scott and Lance of Gulf Shores Maintenance do great work. We've hired them multiple times for both interior and exterior work. The work is always done well, with no return work required to complete or correct a job. That alone is great. And they are good at solving problems. They were replacing facia and soffits for us, and we asked them to build a barrier in our connected breezeway to keep critters out. Lance came up with a great setup, that is holding well and keeping unwanted guests out. Finally their prices are great. Their estimates are accurate to the job requested, and the final price, at or sometimes lower than the estimate. At this point they have done so much work for us, we do not bother with other bids.
