"Carpets were in pretty bad shape so I didn't expect a miracle.  Considering the state of the carpet I was expecting spot treating which was not done.  There were quite a few places that were not cleaned to include inside the closets.  The edges of the carpet were also not cleaned well.  Probably one of the biggest issues was that the carpet was very wet afterward.  Going on day 6 now and they are still damp.  I would chose a different company in the future.

There were some small stains and an odor that wasn't desirable, The arrived on time, and seems professional, however, after they left, there was a mold smell that wasn't their prior to cleaning. When I called them to see if they would be willing to rectify the situation in some way, they told me they were not willing to do anything to help. Overall, they did not do a bad job, all the stains were removed, and with weeks of open windows, they smell has seemed to disappear.
