As expected

Crew showed up on time, they did a great job and left the job site very clean, would definitely use them again, they also beat their competitors price.

After getting in touch with Rick Adams, my repairs were done the same day. It looks amazing. You absolutely cannot tell that there were a few cracks and that we had drilled holes into the masonry so that we could attach a mailbox. It looks better than brand new.

I contacted StoneCoat  on Monday and requested an estimate.  Sheri contacted me that afternoon and scheduled an appointment to come out the next day.  She gave us an estimate and listened to what we wanted.  She was able to send out a crew on Friday due to the rain and we had a new beautiful fireplace by evening.  Glen and Cody a father son duet did a great job and even allowed me to sit, watch and direct.  I wish I could put a before and after picture on this site.  The nature of the process and material does create a lot of dust through out your house so plan to clean after they leave but the finished product will be worth it.
 

One word:  WOW!    From the initial telephone call to Sherry at the Office who was very instrumental in getting the job off the ground for us, and knowing EXACTLY what we wanted done from emailed photos.   The job took two (2) days, and rightfully so.  We did NOT want a rushed job, and everyone associated with our job made sure that it was done meticulously.   The final two (2) crew members, (Alfredo & Josh) were fantastic and took exceptional care in setting up a "tent" to keep all areas outside the work area as clean and dust free as possible.  Alfredo & Josh answered all of our questions as they proceeded.  There work again was exceptional.   Their clean up after the job was completed, was also done with the homeowner in mind.   

I sincerely hope that Stonecoat is well staffed!  This will result in the many referrals we anticipate will come in from friends, family, and others after they see the work they completed for us.   This is truly a great alternative to faux finishes, and simple paint, and other trends.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

They came out right away. It was more expensive than what I was looking for but decided it was the look I was going for so we went ahead and gave them a 50% deposit. I expected to be called the next day to be put on the schedule. Instead, I was called once a week telling me they would get back to me. This went on for about 3 weeks before I received a call stating they could come out the next week. The tone of the call made me feel like they were doing me a favor even though I had already paid $2500 toward the work. Finally, the day arrives and the workers are late. I was told this job could be done in a day- including painting the other 3 sides of my house. Instead the stone took at least 2 days and the painting was a 3 day ordeal 3 weeks later. This schedule was a problem because part of my budget process was factoring in how long I would have to board the dogs. One day is quite a bit different from 7. On the plus side- the stone work is beautiful and those workers were fantastic. They cleaned up their mess and hauled it away. The paint looks good as well, but the painters used the wrong color for the trim causing me to have to buy more paint at a time in which is was no longer on sale. They also filled up my trash can with their trash - not in bags. Our city won't pick that up. I had to dig it out and bag it up. So, if you use stone cast- stick to the stone and avoid anything else their rep may try to sell you on. You may wait 3 or more weeks to get on the schedule. The final product will be worth it but the overall process may leave a bad taste in your mouth.

My experience with them went good.

The job took a day and was amazing. They covered everything and explained the process in detail. The outcome was awesome. We have not had any cracking, peeling, or pieces fall off like other companies have had. They are the first and have extensive experience. If you are going to choose a company you won't go wrong.
Don't go with Cre8stone they have many issues/complaints along with taking credit for work they have not done. They try hard to cover up reviews as well.

They came out and promised. They gave an estimate and explained in detail what they were going to be doing. They did the work and cleaned up everything. It looks terrific and it looks like limestone. It probably changed the appearance of the outside of the home. Their price was fair and it was not high in comparison with other companies.
