The owner, Alex, was onsite each of the 3 days as they prepared the yard by grinding the stump, removing the old grass, grading the yard, adding new top soil, then sod, adjusting sprinkler heads and valve boxes then finally rolling the yard. Our neighbors have commented on how beautiful it looks. Alex also installed and programmed a new sprinkler control unit to ensure that the new sod receives the required watering. We couldn’t be more pleased. Job well done!!"
