We hired Luxe Lagoon Pool Design to resurface our pool and install new mastic. Our experience with Steve and his team was fantastic. He was so easy to work with. He shared some good ideas with us, which we used. He has an operations gentleman named Dearl Brewer, who is also fantastic at setting up and repairing the equipment. They were fair and reasonable in the pricing and delivered excellent quality work. I don't think you will find a better pool company than this. Believe me, I shopped the metroplex. If you don't use Luxe Laggon, you had better do your research. I found many companies out there that will take advantage of you. After the job, I could not be more pleased with Steve and his company.

Omg the work done came out amazing and was done in a timely manner, I personally added some of my own work but the finish product was transformed from 20+ yr old pool to like new, like it was just installed. They were very quick with responses! They were very courteous and understanding. Their company builds from the ground up so when I presented them with a problem, they already had an idea of what to do and send someone out within the week to come check it out. They were very knowledgeable and reliable. They gave me a reasonable window they would make it to my house so I didn't have to wait several hours. They informed me of the issue, fixed it and was on their way. I did not remodel the pool this time, it was just a problem/issue with how the pool operated, but Darrell was able to figure out the issue and resolve it quickly. Definitely recommend for future pool issues!

Luxe Pools completely renovated my pool and did an outstanding job. We had an existing hot tub we had filled in and turned in to a fountain feature with 3 bubblers. The coping, tile, with tile on the steps and bench for accents. Agrigate plaster that turned out beautiful. Steve estimated 2 weeks for the project and that was exactly the time it took. Steve was also very quick to return any texts or calls. Raul was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and keeps everything going to plan. I would not hesitate to use Luxe Pools in the future.

In this day and age it is hard to find an honest owner who personally answers the phone for his business and delivers what he says . Not only is Steve knowledgeable, personable and helpful but he is chock full of ideas and a warranty to boot. Our 31 ft pool with tanning ledge is beautiful, looks brand new and the full tile repair and replacement on the raised beam and stairs combined with the coping replacement with platinum ice looks like itâ s worthy of a pool magazine photo shoot. And beautiful plaster job and scuppers water feature. He was spot on for colors, plaster and deck paint and I worked for a builder for 10 years so we are all details at our home.. There is precision in his craftsmanship and workers were responsive and timely. After several bids, 100% we made the right decision and used the best pool company for the metroplex and beyond. He is so great and honest we are already committed to him for another pool project. Heâ s talented because of his years and experience and heâ s built high end pools from Miami to Texas and then some. If you donâ t hire him, you will have seriously missed out. We trusted him throughout the project and we reside out of state. So thatâ s saying something. He gave us peace of mind ! Our pool looks better now than when it was first built and installed. I am super pleased to write a reference for a quality company that delivers an outstanding job. Many thanks to the owner Steve Edwardâ s for his character, integrity and skill! I cannot express my gratitude and trust in Luxe Lagoon Pools and Steve Edwards enough. We had what felt like an impossible task in front of us with pool resurfacing, tile work, and stone work to be done in a tight time frame. Steve was the first person to call me back about a quote, went straight to my house for measurements, and I had a quote within hours. The quote was far below the next closest competitor, and he began work the next day. Constantly in communication with us throughout the project, and the work was amazing. Heâ ll always be my first call for pool work!

Great communication. On time Love the product

2 months my pool has set empty and torn up. First sub crew Steve Edwards sent did the least they thought they could get away with then intended to cover the inadequate prep work with new plaster. Numerous delaminated spots were not prepped, even after multiple times telling them and marking them. They tried to fill a leaking crack in the gunite with sidewalk crack filler instead of repairing it. Would have looked good with a new coat of plaster - for a few months. (I dont think I will ever be able to force a contractor like this one to honor any kind of warranty.) Steve Edwards has been very sincere sounding, very upbeat, extremely convincing. Always has an excuse of why no one showed up. Endless broken promises that has kept me or my wife trapped at our house the last two months expecting his second crew, Michael, to come finish our pool. Steve is all about selling the job and telling me anything that might satisfy us for a day or two, He turned our job over to a subcontractor right away, then has no control over what his different subcontractors do or do not do. This has been our experience. If you make the mistake of hiring his company, I hope you have a better experience.

Stevie, the owner went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with the work. The quality was amazing and his crew was extremely efficient. Stevie was great about communicating timelines and kept us up-to-date on the project progress. The end result was breathtaking.

Steve was very informative and knowledgeable, however, trying to reach him after the project was complete, was ridiculous. Plus the instructions to fill the pool after completion werenâ t clear for my 78 year old mom. Her pool was completed in a day(Tuesday) but the chemicals werenâ t replaced until Friday. He kept canceling and saying he would be there, but once we would called him, after he missed the appointment time, thatâ s when he would say he couldnâ t make it. That happened too many times.

As a retired pool builder and landscape contractor myself, it was refreshing to find a contractor that did such quality work. The crew went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations. Not much on giving reviews but these guys really deserve the praise.

Stevie was wonderful, knowledgeable, everything came out perfectly, the price point was reasonable, and I highly recommend them for any outdoor projects.
