"Had a Samsung Galaxy S7 repaired at this place 3 mos ago in July. The repair aesthetically looked great, and I paid a premium price for it ($220+). I have a protective cover on my phone, and I accidentally dropped it on the carpet. It was only a 3 foot drop and I did not think anything of it because prior to the repair I had similar drops (including a drop on concrete) WITHOUT the protective cover many times with no issues (it took about a 7 foot drop onto asphalt to really break the thing). But after the seemingly harmless 3 foot drop WITH a protective cover onto the CARPET, I noticed a hairline crack in the LED glass, and LED fluid leaking inside. Certified Samsung LED screens do NOT break this easily especially with a protective cover. You can see the LED fluid in the picture. They use CHEAP materials but charge PREMIUM prices. Do NOT go here if you are looking for durable, long lasting material. Next time (lesson learned!) I would fine a certified Samsung repair shop with certified, durable Samsung materials."
