Cell Phone Repair Guys

Over the past two years I've been to this business at least five times for repairs. They have been polite, prompt, and reasonably priced on all visits. I have referred several friends to them and have always had positive feedback from my friends as well. On my last visit, after my iPhone took a swim in my salt water pool, they could not repair the device. They took it apart, diagnosed the problem which I believed to be a faulty digitizer as a problem with my motherboard... they replaced my screen/digitizer with a new one and the new one had the same problem. They then even put my screen/digitizer on a working iPhone and my screen then worked fine. Thus, the problem was not with my screen/digitizer. They charged me nothing and told me exactly what to expect from the dorks at Apple. And they were spot on. I will continue to do business with them (hopefully I won't need them for a while) and will refer my friends/family whenever the time arises.

The mother board was corroded, so they were unable to repair the problem without replacing the mother board, which costs more than a new phone. They offered to send it to the local Samsung factory repair shop the same day to see if they could fix it. They were also unable to fix it. I got my phone back at no cost. It actually works great now, even though they couldn''t fix the corrosion. Taz was very polite, responsive, and thorough. I trust them and will definitely use them again.

He had a great personality and told me it would be 30 minutes. I went to lunch came back and it was done. I also brought a screen protector with me and asked if he would put it on for me. No problem and NO bubbles. i would definitely recommend him. I just hope I don't need the and quot;repeat offenderand quot; discount.
