We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. Every one of the individuals I came in contact with at Abry Brothers was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Beginning with setting up a time for Troy to come out and do an inspection of the foundation. He was very informative and helpful in making a decision to do the foundation repair. Followed by the structural engineer who was also very friendly and went out if his way to schedule a time to meet me at my house. He was patient when I asked questions about the whole process and to verify where the piers needed to be placed. the secretary was great at lining up financing and answering any questions we had about the process. Finally, Marc—without question he was amazing in the whole install with his team. It was obvious that he knows what he is doing and so does his team. In closing, I would recommend Abry Brothers and specifically their team to anyone needing foundation repair. "Ed and his crew were fantastic to work with.  I called for an estimate and he called me back the next day and came out to give an estimate.  he arrived on time and was extremely friendly.  I showed him my issues and he gave me a fair estimate.  He was actually significantly cheaper than some other estimates I had received.  Due to his outstanding Angie's list rating and the great estimate I asked them when they could do the work.  They came out two days later, arrived when they said they would. They got straight to work and completed the work in less time than I expected.  Ed took his time explaining what had caused my problems and what they did to fix the issue.  His work comes with a 5 year transferable warranty. 
I was extremely pleased with the price and the work performed.  I was equally impressed with Ed himself.  It was nice to find an honest, trustworthy and competent businessman to perform the work I needed done.  I would recommened E-Tex Foundation Repair to anyone.
