"Poor communication continues. Installation was delayed multiple times by an issue that could have been easily resolved with a call. An "electrician" installed the pool liner eight 8-weeks after the initial estimate but somehow broke our pool light. The broken pool light was then blamed on an issue with the GFCI outlet even though it worked without problem before they messed with it. Juan offered to have the guy that installed the pool liner fix the GFCI outlet but that would be at an additional cost paid directly to the "electrician". Upon completion, we intended to pay via credit card since it is listed on their sites as an accepted form of payment, but they informed us they do not accept CC payments. After discussing options they eventually agreed but added a percentage fee which adds a substantial amount to such a large purchase. Their concern was due to a potential chargeback. Now we know why. A few weeks after completion, we contacted Juan to inform them the pool coping was/is falling and breaking off into the pool. After multiple assurances that they would address this, they have not sent anyone to review or fix the issue. We have gotten several excuses about how busy they are without action. The pool liner is also not flush with the walls and there are multiple air pockets. Super disappointed."

"I had a hard time getting the workers to get the waterfall done like I wanted them to. Allen Curry had to come out and have them rebuild the waterfall like I had originally wanted it done. Customer service is horrible. My equipment needs repair now and I cant get anyone from Curry to come finish replacing needed parts so I can keep a clean pool. I was told last year that a new seal was needed for a filter to waterfall and they never brought it. It still needs it and I am alone and dont know how to fix it myself. I called them last week, May, 2019 and asked for help and no one has bothered to call me back. I would highly recommend that you not use this company to build your pool due to poor customer services. "Terribly. Poor job done. Waiting on corrections. They claim they need to send a "plaster expert" who travels a lot and is not in town now. BS. The detail: used Classic 13 years ago and they did a good job so chose them again. Considerable delays with last minute advice that they are coming tomorrow. Plaster job done poorly with over spraying and spotting on new brick on the spa. Yellowish stain thru out the pool. Uneven surface, very visible with pool lights on. Have been in contact weekly but no response. They first said they'd solve the problem with an acid wash which they did but didn't work. Now they're claiming they have to bring in a national expert to figure it out. No action in last 4 weeks. They're waiting for me to give up. Small claims court? Lawsuit (cost plus damages plus fees)?"
