"Eco Water had a booth set up at our Rockwall Costco and we had been wanting a water filtration system for a long time; so when I saw them, I was automatically interested in what they had to offer. I soon found out that they would come out to my home and do a free water analysis. That's all I needed to hear. So Jim and Travis (very kind, professional, engaging and factual) came out and showed my husband and I a very detailed inspection of our water (contamination level, hardness, etc.) and by the time they were done, we knew we HAD TO invest in our and our children's future by purchasing the water system.  If it were not for the free analysis, facts and education they offered by exposing what we were exposed to, we wouldn't have seen the importance or appreciated what Eco Water Systems is all about. They were also very helpful and flexible with the financing (there were many options to pick from) and they were very accommodating in finding the best means possible for us.
The installation went very smoothly and Brad the installer was also very factual, professional, helpful and friendly. We were very happy with the service.  I'm a 20 questions kind of person and I love details and they were all very patient and informative with me. I'm also not very trusting because of past experiences; but i have to say, this company showed me that there is still some integrity in the world. It's been just shy of a year since our install and as critical as I can be, I must admit that we haven't found any reason to complain.  The water system is wonderful and we've really enjoyed our softened water and knowing we're drinking some of the cleanest water to be found these days. We just had our yearly check up on the system and Richard was (as congruent with all the other people we've encountered with Eco Water) very informative, helpful, friendly and professional. I keep catching myself using these words over and over again, but they're true ... each personal encounter we've had is consistent no matter who you speak with from this company. I was very happy and surprised at how quickly he pulled out his testing supplies to show me how clean my water still is even after almost a year of use... and how dirty our city water still is!  I'm impressed and I'm not easily impressed. In fact, I wouldn't have even known the value of Angie's list were it not for this company!
Based on our experiences with this company, we are confident that we want to continue doing business with Eco Water Systems and are entering into a maintenance contract for our water system. "Gary's team did an excellent job removing our garden tub, installing the new one with faucet and re-tiling. The team took the time to cover up furniture and doors to keep out dust. They were very polite, worked hard, and did a fabulous job. We also had them cut an access panel in the garage ceiling just in case we needed access to the plumbing. They had to strip off the drywall mud tape in many areas. They re-textured the ceiling and painted. Excellent work. We will likely hire him in the future for our next kitchen project."

"I met with Mike from Sarge Irrigation after have already spoken and received rough estimates from a couple other companies. After taking a little while to see what I had going on with the system our previous owner had installed, he told me that he could not give me an estimate because there was a lot of diagnostic work that would need to be done to determine which parts of our system were salvageable and which parts needed to be replaced. He did, however, point out a few immediate things that he noticed and explained that there could be more than one cause for each of the problems - thus different prices. The other companies that had come out had done a quick walk around, a 5 minute cycle through the sprinkler zones, and then quoted me two vastly different prices for the work I wanted and needed. I appreciated his honestly, and I agreed to pay for a day of labor and whatever parts to bring our current system up to working condition. At the end of the day we would regroup and determine if I wanted to move forward with installing the Drip Irrigation based on whether he found that it could link into the existing zones or would have to have a new zone added. The previous owner had installed the system himself - using pipes that were not the right sizes and mixing and matching rotors and pop-ups in the same zones, so it wasn't clear if there would be enough pressure to get everything working the way we needed without replacing pipes. Throughout the process Mike was honest, forthright, working hard, and obviously dedicated to making sure things were done right. I felt very comfortable moving forward with the Drip Irrigation, and he installed that excellently as well. His prices were straight-forward and he warned me in advance of potential problems he might come across. Ultimately he completed all the work I asked for, at a much higher level of quality that the other companies (who hadn't even noticed a zone on the side of the house that had become overgrown), and the total cost was about the same as the lowest quote I had received from the other companies. I will be calling Mike again, and again, and again!"

"At fist, everything was good. Few days into the job, the crew go scheduled for another job. Then it seemed like my job was rushed. past few months started to notice more and more cracks in the sheet rock. Now I have a large hole where one of the piers were install. was filled with concrete. The concrete broke and exposed a large hole that was never filled in properly. Have tried to contact them by phone and email, with no such luck. Phones are disconnected and cant send any type of message to them."

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
