"I sorry you feel that way. We do have minimum service call fees no matter how long the job takes.We have operating costs that we have to cover or we won’t stay in business. I made nothing after everything was payed to do your job so it was a bad deal for me and your review made it worse.We try are bedt for everyone but some customers are hard to please that’s all i have to say about it."

Todd did a great job for us. Before installing the toilet he checked out everything and found the reason for the leak we had. He replaced that and installed the toilet. He was very personable.

Such a wonderful hidden gem in a world of sketchy businesses. Todd is a very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous plumber. We had a backup in our home and needed someone immediately to come help us out. Within 2 hours he was here with his technician Luke. We did not have external clean outs and they were able to clear the backup without pulling our toilets. Todd and Luke then spent the better part of their day installing external clean outs for us at a cost that was extremely competitive compared to previous quotes we have received ($850 for clean outs, $150 for camera, $275 to clear blockage prior to clean out install). I highly recommend using Jensen Plumbing if you are in need of a plumber.

Great! The toilet is fixed and updated. The other job in the other bathroom looks good too- whole new plumbing for a bathtub/shower. The original plumbing from 1958 had to go! I've asked him to come and complete the rest of the plumbing stuff after the tile and walls are done. The pricing for the toilet that wasn't working was $175. Re- plumbing the shower (BTW the walls were down to the studs) was $375. He also capped a gas line under the house and removed the cute, but old, furnace in the bathroom wall for me. Also rotated a kitchen faucet that had been installed for left handed operation to be right handed. Total of everything was $700. Awesome. The other company had quoted me $400 just to get the other toilet to flush down.

Todd did a great job on a very difficult leaking main water line connection to my home's copper pipes. It was a muddy mess when he started, but he dug out the hole and put a lot effort into doing a quality job with quality parts. He replaced all the valves and put in a gravel bed and new enclosure, too. It took over 3 hours and the charge was quite reasonable and I was quite happy. He seems to be someone you can count on to do quality work. He's a licensed master plumber with 25 years experience, so I feel he undercharged me given the high quality of his work.

Todd is amazing. He was very professional and attentive to our timeline, schedule and budget. We had meeting after meeting with plumbers and three times was the charm. We meet Todd on the third round of plumbers. He did not disappoint. We loved his professionalism and dedication to his craft so much, we signed a contract for the 2nd bathroom renovation to take place at the end of the year. It is still ongoing while we wait for the electrician to connect the tankless heaters and for the contractor to complete tiling so all other plumbing can be completed. Will be providing pictures as soon as possible.

He was very professional.  He kept us updated on his progress and kept in touch during the entire project.  There was a problem with our tank-less water heater and he immediately contacted the company and the company  sent out a representative  to meet Todd and determine what the problem was. It was the tank-less  water heater.  There were many days he worked seven to eight hours to get the job completed on time.  We are very pleased with his work and consider him a friend.  We will continue to use Todd in the future, for any plumbing issue we have.
