"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Was charged $310 and washing machine not repaired. Was misdiagnosed as bad speed sensor needed to be replaced. When called them back after new part installed they said it would cost another $50 to replace drive belt. They did not even run machine after first part installed to see if it was fixed. (Amazon cost for belt $20). I did not agree and was treated very poorly verbally by man on phone and received no cooperation or refund at all. Would not recommend this outfit to anyone."

I called them out to repair a 1.5 year old oven and they made an appoint for soonest which was 3-days out, then when the appointment day arrived and went I had to call and reschedule for a week later. They finally arrived and identified the problem, which was the igniter. I paid them $460 for the part installed (which is nearly the price of the oven brand new) and the part they installed failed 9-months later. They advertise a "Neighborly done right promise" which has a 1-year warranty on all parts and labor for residential homes, yet when I called them and they told me they don't participate in that..... So they don't participate in their written guarantee, WHAT A JOKE! This company is a SCAM, DONT USE!"
