For those that are reading, [Member Name Removed] is a Houston-based real estate agent who, ironically, is the person with low integrity. I'm the owner of the company and personally spoke to [Member Name Removed] who booked a deep cleaning with us for one of the homes he was representing. On the phone, I mentioned that the cleaning would be prepaid. He provided me his card and we charged it right away. He knew of this 2 weeks prior to the cleaning date as we have record of him opening the receipt. The cleaning was supposed to be on June 2nd. He opened the receipt on May 23rd. Never mentioned anything. One week after, our system automatically sends out reminder emails. He sees it and still doesn't say anything. Literally one day before the cleaning, last minute, he calls to do a last minute cancellation. Normally at this point, we don't do any refunds because we're in the service industry and these slots are precious time slots. If you cancel a day before, we totally understand, but can't rebook the lost business. As a courtesy, we decided to give him a credit. He refused, decided to leave us a bad review and dispute the payment on his card. This is truly a person with terrible integrity. Even if you look at his profile, he said he was in the service industry for 20+ years. To make up some lie that you never knew about the charge or didn't know about the cleaning is absolutely false. We have proof of you looking at the emails and then coming to us to lie about it. If anyone in the Houston area sees this, I would say that you shouldn't work with him as a broker."
