"My house looks great! Mr. Clark power washed the entire exterior of my home removing mildew from the siding and brick. He cleaned the outside of the windows and doors as well. He also took care to move plants and outdoor furniture away from the house to protect them from the liquid solution he was using, Mr. Clark and I walked around the house when he was finished to see if I had any questions or concerns. I had no concerns and was pleased with the finished product. I will use Mr. Clark again in the future to power wash my house."

On the day of the appointment, Laine Houston (VP of the company) promptly contacted me to advise me they were running a bit behind because of some emergency calls they received. He continued to update me throughout the day to inform me of when the technician would be on his way. Erick, the technician, arrived quickly and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He gave me an assessment of the issue and provided me with options for future repairs of my unit. I was not pressured to purchase unnecessary services or accessories. This is the second time I use Tasco and both times I have been more than satisfied with the work performed and customer service provided. They are knowledgeable and honest as to what needs to be done and their pricing is more than reasonable.
