Absolutely terrible experience ? do not hire this company. I hired Marine Clean Pool & Spas for weekly pool maintenance, and it was one of the worst service experiences I?ve ever had. The service was supposed to include vacuuming, brushing walls and steps, balancing chemicals, and more?but NONE of that was done. I have video proof showing their team was at my property for as little as 2 to 5 minutes during several visits. No vacuuming was ever performed, and during a phone call, they even admitted they only vacuum once a month?which still didn?t happen. My pool turned green, chemicals were completely off, and I had to pay $250 out of pocket for a deep clean with another company just to fix the damage. When I confronted them with proof, they still demanded full payment. I ended up paying just to avoid further stress, but it was incredibly frustrating and unfair. I?ll never use their services again and I hope this review saves others from being taken advantage of like I was.

Excellent pool care skills and proper equipment to do the job right the first time. Available to answer questions and make extra trips when needed for the unexpected. Willing to work with my time when needed. Overall, a very fine pool service gentleman!

Last year, the staff took two weeks off (in December) and during that time my pool was full of algae due to lack of maintenance. The chemicals are not well balanced sometimes. Other than that they are nice gentlemen but Iâ m disappointed with the service quality

Iâ ve hired other pool service companies in the past and there is none like Marine. They are always precise with the chemicals and cleaning, even taking the time to ensure all the filters are sprayed down and clean. When my pump stopped working after a heavy rain they communicated everything and helped troubleshoot the issue. I cannot express in words how appreciative I am of their customer service and work. I have a direct number to my pool cleaner to ask any questions, even after hours, and they are always quick to respond. Other companies require a call to the answering service and then you may or may not get a prompt response. I recommend them to anyone wanting quality personalized service! !

Excellent work and even better customer service. Our pool looked like a swamp and they were able to completely turn it around just in time for summer. Quick response time to any inquires we have and send email updates on the services they provided. Would recommend to everyone 10/10

These guys are very professional and thorough. My pool hasnâ t been that clean in years. Iâ ve used other companies and they seem like amateurs compared to these folks. Highly recommended. They even send a follow-up email with before and after photos and information about your chemical levels. A+.

These guys are amazing! They worked long hours in freezing temperatures to complete a job! They replaced a pool pump and re-plumbed an entire system as a record freeze descended to protect my pool. I am beyond thankful! AND they fixed a hot tub heater in the process that had not worked in 5 years! Such great work ethic! They also do great pool cleaning/winter-izing! Chris & Kyleâ ¦Best ever!
