"I have a hand woven, wool rug, that is incredibly challenging to keep clean, especially with dogs. I met with Charles, and he stated that this was something they could absolutely take care of. The customer service was exceptional, and my rug came back looking and feeling, brand new! I will definitely use their services again! Don't waste any time, call these guys, they're on it!"

"They are very nice to deal business with and very helpful."

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"It was excellent. They were just professional, on time, good work ethics, cleaned up their mess, got here on time, and did their work in a timely manner."

"Extremely satisfied with carpet cleaning experience. Received exact quote from friendly owner. He was on time and did superior work."

"Work was great and everything was cleaned well!"

"Excellent work and great value! Very friendly and thorough. The place looks and smells amazing and she did exactly what I asked in terms of focus and problem areas. Highly recommend!"

"This is a large commercial property that has to look good before our board members come in. He uses different tools and temperatures depending on what is needed to get the job done for the hardest gum spots and oil stains to getting simple cobwebs and dirt off. He uses the right equipment for the need."

"The partner that cleaned my carpet was so kind, he listened to my concerns, went back over the areas I was most concerned about, & even worked harder than expected to get some wax I spilled out of my throw rug. They offered me a discount, but I was so happy with how hard he worked I payed full price. My attendant was also impressed so got their info. I plan to refer them to the nonprofit Pavilion, I’m on their board."
