"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. However service man was very aggressive with his machine and when carpets dried, they were stretched with large folds in main rooms. SS rep inspected and said that was normal (although it has never happened before with SS or other cleaners in this house). SS refused to try to stretch carpet or take any responsibility."

At Lone Star Tile and Grout Cleaning we specialize in tile and grout cleaning and most hard surface restoration to include Marble, Granite, Travertine, Slate, Limestone, Sandstone, Terrazzo and Saltillo. We have exclusive equipment and training to provide superior results.

"First off, Mark (Owner) arrived an hour late the appointment. Appointment was scheduled for 8am and he arrived at 9am. He claims he got lost. We never received a phone call or text. Second, Mark was very unprofessional throughout the cleaning process. He kept asking me invasive questions about my life, kept telling me to go get cash from the atm since he ONLY accepts cash or money order since he does not want a paper trail. To me that sounds illegal, but I am not the IRS. Anyway, he didn't inform me that there was a potential for my baseboards to get damaged since they were made of MDF material versus solid wood. He failed to inspect the area of work and blamed me for not informing him. He didn't show me the contract until AFTER he was done. He disconnected the hose from the side of my home and left is thrown on the lawn and never placed it back where it was. He was very egotistical and kept proclaiming how great he was and how much money he made. He made racist comments towards particular ethnic groups and bad-mouthed his previous customers. Overall, horrible experience and I wouldn't even want this guy to come out to my home to try and fix his subpar work. My kitchen tiles still look dirty. Minimal difference."
