Aladdin has been locally owned and operated since 1956. We are located near downtown San Antonio and have locations in Boerne & New Braunfels. We currently employ 25 individuals. No subcontractors are used. Pricing is determined before each job and we measure by the sq/ft. Travel charges apply outside of loop 1604. Additional charges apply for after hours services. "I have a hand woven, wool rug, that is incredibly challenging to keep clean, especially with dogs. I met with Charles, and he stated that this was something they could absolutely take care of. "First trip out the ladies cleaned and were fine. The second trip out they complained about how far out it was to come to the house. They complained saying they were hungry and thirsty. We had water on hand. People are still moving in so there wasn't food. Plus we didn't know we were to provide them food. Their attitudes were fair. The cleaning wasn't at all what was asked of. The home owner had to come in behind them and reclean some things. Needless to say she will not want their services again."

"The MESS! They made of my closets when they put things back in there( really looks like they threw things back inside) was Horrible!!! I have 3 huge closets upstairs beside the clothes closets, that I keep neat ,clean and orderly with holiday decorations. They did not paint the wall along the steps from where they removed carpet and replaced it with vinyl laminate. My bathroom that they used upstairs was left filthy with their urine stains on the toilet and the floor. I feel like I spent a lot of $ ( almost $7K) and I still need to pay some one to paint the area around each stair and I have several hours of work to remove everything out of the closets and put everything back inside."
