"Rudy was prompt, professional and did an outstanding job. I needed an exterior wood frame around a window at my house and his finished frame is beautiful. He also went above and beyond, fixing a fence gate that wasn't latching properly. I was delighted with both his small jobs and happy to pay very reasonable rates for them. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them."

"Ricky did an excellent job replacing our iron gate. We are waiting for a quote to replace the entire iron fence in the near future. It was a pleasure working with him."

"Great work! We were on a major time crunch- closed on a house on Friday and was moving in Wednesday. Needed popcorn ceiling removal on 2000+ sq ft house. They were completely done when we showed up Wednesday & looked great! They scraped, sprayed orange peel texture and painted. We loved the end result!"

"Brent Cody is friendly, explains the issue and solution and is easy to work with. Sprinkler work was performed and completed and has not been an issue. Tuneup was efficient, system and all sprinklers were checked, replaced where needed, and updated sprinkler heads due to landscape change."

"They created a fabulous design and Bob accommodated our requests without any objections. Bob was very timely and heard our concerns all the way and ensured that the work was being performed as per our expectations. The crew was also quite friendly and respectful of our space.
I would highly recommend Precision Pavers to all! They do offer coupon on Angie's List which comes in handy as the pavers are not cheap!  I hope there 10 warranty holds good if ever needed... :-) There are many contractors out there but very few like Bob who are honest and deliver what they promise on time!!!!

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.

Clean regularly, seal wood surfaces, and inspect for damage or rust to ensure longevity and safety.

Several types of porches are available to meet your needs and style preferences. Some common porch types include:

  • Porticos are essentially a roof over a walkway leading to the home's front entrance.

  • Sunrooms are closed-in porches that are an extension of the house with glass or plastic panels that allow optimal sunlight.

  • Wraparound porches extend around the entire home, or at least the front and one side, and offer multiple entrances to the house.

  • Back porches are an extension of the home’s floor into the outdoors. These offer more protection and privacy than a deck.

Yes, many gazebos are permanent structures built onto the land. However, if you have a portable gazebo that isn’t secured to the ground, you’ll want to check the manufacturer’s instructions to understand when to put it away. Generally speaking, when it’s particularly windy or wet outside, you should take down your temporary gazebo.

Porticos last 25 to 60 years, depending on the material used. A portico’s roof typically matches the roof of the rest of the home and can be replaced simultaneously. Portico columns have a similar life span if properly maintained and regularly sealed. In some areas, harsh weather and extreme temperatures may cause a portico to wear more quickly.
