Harris was extremely pleasant and professional and prompt. He explained to me what problems he found with the roof and how the process would go. He also came back and did a temporary fix so that I would have no more puddles in my floor with more rain. He also came back to meet with the insurance adjuster. The staff that performed the roof replacement were super considerate and caring of my property- making sure to move items in my yard and cover them so nothing would be damaged. They were all professional and considerate. When they were finished, they cleaned EVERYTHING up. I could not even tell they had been there, except for my shiny new roof!!!!
