However, I decided to go with a larger company, simply because I feel more secure with the (perceived) stability of a more established business, especially since I am not handy and would definitely need help if anything goes wrong in the years to come. I would definitely recommend friends contact Pane and see the presentation. I talked myself in and out of having them do the work a number of times. Our project was delayed because of COVID-19, regardless Mark kept us informed on the status of our windows. The windows and kitchen door with doggie door were installed by Scott and his son, both very professional, hardworking, courteous and punctual. I have to say it was a pleasure having them in my house. They did a great quality job installing the windows along with the detail framing around them and the new kitchen door with doggie door is just right!! "A wonderful experience all around! We had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. "1) door is fixed, without removing and planing which might have required repainting or refinishing the door.  Amazingly, the corrections to the placement of the doorframe pieces aren't even noticeable and no painting or touchup was required.
2) all installations are working properly.  The installer was very fast, too.
3) we declined the bid as we felt it was too high for our budget, but think it would have been good work.
