However, I decided to go with a larger company, simply because I feel more secure with the (perceived) stability of a more established business, especially since I am not handy and would definitely need help if anything goes wrong in the years to come. I would definitely recommend friends contact Pane and see the presentation. I talked myself in and out of having them do the work a number of times. Note my 4 star rating is entered because the rating was required to process the comments."

They were also able to customize the color of our front windows to match our trim. There was a delay in our screen door from the manufacturer, and Marc willingly took my phone calls every week to make sure we didn’t get forgotten. They also had to come back a couple times to replace a broken latch and fix a caulking issue, and were fast to do so."

Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. "Darrell showed up fairly soon after I requested and we agreed to the next day, if it didn't rain. It did lightly rain in the morning, and I thought possibly he might come in the afternoon. He didn't, so after no contact from him I asked and he said Thursday; I responded OK, even though it was Thanksgiving day. He later said Saturday after he failed to come at the hour he set. I said OK. He came but did not bring a large enough piece of OSB to enclose my window opening. He pieced it together nicely though. The brickwork was well done. He cleaned up. The receipt he gave was his name, address and phone number with a vague description of the work, a little unprofessional to me."
