After a lengthy and productive meeting, Ross assured me he would send a revised estimate, but I didn t hear back by September 6. I followed up with Ross and I was sent directly to voicemail. I received a cryptic text that read forwarded info to my dad. He will be in contact with you Since I had never spoken or had any dealings with his dad, I was not quite sure what this was about. Ross s father called me with an extremely hostile attitude, accusing me of leaving his son in the car and berating me for no apparent reason. He was verbally aggressive, unprofessional, and even threatened to tarnish my reputation if I complained. Ultimately this project was done poorly and it is still incomplete. I have been verbally abused and threatened by the owners of this company and I still need to complete this project. I am now seeking a refund for 100 pavers ($1,200), the spray ($120), and an additional $1,780 to cover labor costs I will incur to hire a new contractor, totaling $3,000."
