Be Patient check prices and compare the overall project before awarding job to any company. If you are in a hurry and do not get at least 3-4 bids you might chose the wrong person and regret it later. The cheapest is not always the best guy for the job. Ex. The guy I almost went with was the cheapest but did not have insurance on his workers which could have cost more if an accident would have happen. The more expensive guy was using cheaper material and his material was from China. I went with the forth guy I called and he was more honest and truthful about his business, material, and when asked about if his workers were insured he showed me how much insurance he carries on his business. The other 3 men I spoke with just wanted to talk about the price and refused to answer my question as to if they carried insurance on their workers. one guy just never showed up to my house even after he stated he would and then refused to answer his phone or take any messages. That signaled a red flag to me.
