Very well; we were well pleased with everything. Workers were very efficient and courteous. They even performed some minor tasks that were not in the original work order (at no additional cost).

I liked him because he gave me the price and actually took picture like before and after the work was done, and reported to me as to how long it took and stuff like that.  That was kind of nice especially when I was far away. Overall he was excellent.  His price was good because the grass was really high and messy.   There was lot of things to get rid of since it was a bunch of mess.  He was very communicative and got back to me right away.

It was a small part of a much larger landscaping project I had been working on. I need concrete bricks cut in half to complete a retaining wall for my cactus garden. I had attempted to doing the cutting myself but lacked the necessary equipment. I contacted several businesses in the area but none of them had the proper equipment to cut the 8 inch thick concrete bricks that I had. Ricardo came to my house and was able to finish the project in about one hour. I now have a new retaining wall in place for my new cactus garden.

This guy has saved me money. We went and picked up the tile that we liked and we brought a sample of it home to see if it matched with the furniture and things like that. I showed it to him and told him where I had priced it and he said he thought that he could get the same tile for a lesser rate elsewhere. He saved me $800 on the purchase, which he didn't have to do. This guy is very reputable and he does what ever he says he is going to do. The only limiting factor that I can perceive with him is that you need to be able to speak Spanish to talk to him. I think that he does as good a work as I have ever seen a tile man do. He can build it if you can describe it. He does other stuff too but I think that tiling is his strong seat. He had to work me in with other jobs because I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. He worked with me on that. He will come within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, one way or the other. This is my first experience with tiling and I really don't know what his competition is like. He has also done some painting for me since then.
