He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! Im an IT manager and have been doing this for 20 years, I contracted with SpaceX and installed most of the security cameras, I also helped to construct most of the network while there. I have been repairing appliances for even longer, I can repair them all, but I don't want to waste your time or money so I will ask for the model number and what the machine is doing before heading out. If it's less expensive to buy a new one, I will let you know.
