"I would give zero stars if I could. They are completely incompetent. We hired them to install a set of french doors to my backyard. They couldn't get the door to close properly, and the French doors were scraping against each other when closing. They claimed the issue was a faulty hinge and that they needed to order a replacement. I emailed them multiple times for updates, and getting a response was like pulling teeth. They consistently postponed the repair date. When they finally returned to fix it, THREE MONTHS LATER, they discovered the problem wasn't the hinge at all, but rather a protruding screw. They didn't even use the replacement hinge; they simply replaced the screw. As a result, I had a non-functioning door for three months. Furthermore, we provided them with the specifications of the hardware we were going to order. They initially advised that a single dummy handle would suffice for the non-locking door, but it actually required a passage handle. However, when they realized the single dummy handle wouldn't work, they told us to order a double dummy handle, before they realized it needed a passage. Now, I have two extra sets of wasted hardware. I can't return them because their prolonged delay in installing the door caused the return period to expire. I also don't know what kind of discount door they got, but the handle is extremely low, only 30 inches above the ground. When I looked it up, door handles are usually 36 inches above the floor. They are terrible"

Able was our handyman he was extremely professional he gave us a great bid but we added quite a few things as we went along and he adjusted accordingly he was great . We hired him to patch a couple of walls and install a vanity in the bathroom but we added a floor and all kinds of stuff and he did a great job he stayed he was on time every day he worked his little butt off and everything is of exceptional quality . The 2 men were walking around wasting time, pretending to look for parts such as door handles which were right in front of them in the box. This is deceptive, false advertising, and will be reported to the BBB. They didn’t even get my confirmation/approval for additional hours or work! I will NEVER use their services again. Duped!"

There are two ways to determine which renovation will add the most value to a house. One upside to stucco siding is that it can last for 50 to 80 years, and it’s reasonably low maintenance during that lifespan. However, you’ll need routine maintenance to keep it looking its best, as it will crack and chip as it ages. If you live in an area that sees heavier rainfall, sealing your stucco siding every five to 10 years may be necessary.

You'll pay between $7 and $9 per square foot for traditional stucco installation and $8 to $14 per square foot for EIFS.
