The only thing making this a 4/5 is that the contractors who came to actually do the job didn't seem to have the full list of items discussed with the primary poc we had the consult with prior to starting the work. I recommend taking notes on what is discussed, ensuring the invoice has all specific details, and then reviewing with the folks at the beginning of project to make sure all jobs are captured."
