"I am so pleased with my home improvements done by JP Construction! They replaced crumbling siding with Hardie plank and painted the exterior. They power washed our limestone and it looks like new. They basically rebuilt our exterior fireplace as much of the interior wood was rotted. They relocated our master bath window, installed a new one, and replaced our patio door with one we'd bought, all in conjunction with the siding and painting work! It was almost seamless. I got bids from 4 companies and JP was very competitive. He came out and discussed the work, educating us in the process. "WOW!!! I can not saw enough about the work, craftsmanship and professionalism from ZunTex. I have received a ton of compliments on the finished project. The first project was a 6 ft stone wall with columns and capped top. I was so impressed that I got them back out to build an outdoor kitchen area. We have the 3rd project schedule to continue the stone wall. The area was kept clean and best of all they finished when they say they would. They are reasonable in pricing and are very courteous. "We had JASB Roofing & Exterior replace several areas of frieze that were damaged by squirrels, as well as a few shingles that were also damaged. Audie was very responsive, responding within 30 minutes of our online request. He explained why the damage occurred to the existing masonite, and recommended a much better solution that will prevent the problem from recurring. His estimate was very reasonable, and he was able to complete the job in a timely manner which was important to us since we are trying to sell our home. The crew, led by Alex showed up on time and worked throughout the day. They removed the damaged portions of masonite, and replaced them with hardie board pieces in a manner that you can't even see where the joints are. They caulked and painted the areas to match the existing trim. The job was completed on schedule and the house looks better than it has in years.
