They will greet you with smiles laugh and joke, but once they hook you with the deposit, you are in for an adventure of your lifetime. This company has threatened to sue me if I posted a bad review. They also stated they have my wife on video being a racist to his employees. Please read BBB review, Angie list reviews and do your own research. Do not let the 250 five star reviews fool you. The reveiws fooled me and I was treated in a manner that has lead me to submit a complaint to the Texas Civil Rights attorneys and American Disability Attorneys. Understanding why my wife was so upset about the installation was because she was not being heard and was never allowed to speak. Donald Leach was not allowing my wife’s voice to be heard in OUR own home. You calling me and verbally abusing my wife while I am on the phone in conference is very hostile on your part. You made sure to call me back and tell me you would sue me if I posted a bad review of your company. Intimidation, bullying and belittling is a hostile phone call that you did on your part.
