Maid In America

We used Maid in America for over a year. They were fast and efficient. However, my husband walked in the bathroom to find Martha standing infront of the medicine cabinet with a bottle of my prescription medicine in her hand. Maid in America services were discontinued at that time.

Started out fine, but over time began to become stressful.

Excellent. We have a 3700 sq ft home, and have been very happy with the cleanings we have received by Maid in America (two thus far, more in the offing). Martha and the rest of the girls are very sweet, and they welcome your thoughts on specific needs. If there is anything at all that is missed or not done to your liking (we only had this happen with one minor thing), they immediately remedy with pleasure. There is also something about the cleaning products they use - - the home smells lovely and sweet vs a statement of harsh chemicals.

Raul came and did a walkthrough and gave me a quote.  He was punctual.  We set up a time for the crew to do an initial deep cleaning, and I plan to schedule regular cleaning in the future.
He texted me to remind me about the appointment, even though he was in the hospital recovering from surgery.   The team showed up in the time window with all their supplies.   They got to work and kept working without distraction until they were done.  They really did an excellent job and went over and above what I expected, even making up the beds including the guest bed (I had washed the sheets but not made it yet) and my son's bed which always looks like a tornado slept in it.  I will not hesitate to use them for regular cleaning services.

I could probably find someone a little less expensive. I would continue to use them for a while. I would like for them to do more, but they do not and so, I would really like to find somebody who could do a little bit more. I just want somebody who could do personal things like the refrigerator, do the bed linens and stuff, and they do not do that kind of thing.

Excellent attention to detail. They send 2-3 people each time so the job gets done quickly!!

I spoke with Raul almost immediately after the request for information.  Very nice and we were able to meet my request within three working days.  Raul came with his two gal team to introduce himself and get the girls started. Both ladies were great and worked consistently with no guidance.
In the past I have had very poor results with cleaning services and individual hiring of a cleaning service, feeling that I should just do it myself due to the lack of detail.  Although I do have a few items I want to address (very minimal) I was very pleased and have decided to have them come every three weeks!  Looking forward to a long term relationship with Maid in America.

I have nothing but favorable comments.  They arrived on time.  All were very personable and were able to work around my 75 pound golden retriever.  They cleaned everything I requested and more.  Each one knew what to do and the job was great. They brought all their own cleaning supplies and cleaned much better than I ever could.   I will definitely call them again and I hope very soon.  This company deserves the high rating on Angies list as they deliver much more than promised.

I really love this cleaning service!  Raul was very punctual and professional at our first meeting for an estimate.  I requested a twice a month cleaning/bi-weekly with a consistent cleaning crew.  We discussed my expectations and needs by room.  Raul was very attentive to details.  He quoted a price for an initial cleaning and routine cleaning based on my needs and the length of expected time to clean my home. 
His crew arrived on time, and went to work immediately for the initial clean, I found the crew to be courteous and professional.  They are very pleasant and thorough in their work.  They finished in a timely manner, completing everything I expected.
I am thrilled to have a clean house.  I love the little touches that they do that are unexpected.  I feel comfortable asking for extra spot cleaning that needs to be done that may not be a part of the usual routine. 
My mother, who lives with me, is very happy with the service as well.  She loves a clean house and is unable to do any kind of cleaning herself due to illness and physical limitations.  It is very satisfying to me for her to be comfortable and pleased with the job these ladies are doing.  I have even heard her recommending this service to her friends.

Raul sent 3 of his best cleaners. They called 30 min before coming, arrived on time, they were friendly, polite and worked hard for three hours. That's equal to 9 hours of cleaning. They never paused or took a break and my formerly filthy house was sparkling and immaculate. Raul called the next day to insure my satisfaction, which was nice!
I will ask them back in the future, without a doubt!!! Very happy client!!!

Everything went just as I had hoped.  They had some trouble cleaning my sinks due to hard water.  I'd use them again!

I have been using Maid in America for over five years. They have a key to my home and even clean when I am traveling. I have never had to criticize their work.

fabulous!! The first cleaning when I got home I didn't recognize my house. Every cobweb every dust bunny every speck of dirt was gone from my house. All the surfaces were gleaming and items were neatly arranged so that I could find things that I didn't realize I had Raul was very professional. He was really kind to me, when I got into a bind and couldn't make it to our first appointment he rescheduled without batting an eye. I have used another maid service for the past 15 years before moving to San Antonio, but the service I got from Maid In America was 10 times as good as the previous service I had received from that other company.

Raul and his team have cleaned my home regularly for several years now.  They do a nice job and are pleasant and easy to work with.  I have been seeing the same people working for Raul since I used them, so I feel that I know them and they know me.  They have been very trustworthy, and I never worry about having them in my home. 

I liked it because they came with two people like a team. They were really quick and efficient. I have a ten-month old. It's hard to keep him entertained. The fact that they're able to come out and go pretty quick was really great. They were fantastic.

I'd been searching/researching a new cleaning service and decided to try M in A due to its consistently good ratings. I was not disappointed.
Raul came to see the house and gave me a very fair price for what I wanted to have done. His very pleasant crew appeared promptly and did an excellent job. The house hadn't had a good cleaning in some time and the tile floors especially were pretty bad. The floors are spotless, and everything I asked them to do was CLEANED, not just wiped down.
I'm one of those persons who picks up before the crew comes so it's easy to spot areas that are missed. None were. I recommend Maid in America: Communication with Raul was excellent and his crews are punctual, pleasant, and proficient.

I have them come every 2 weeks to clean my 3 bedroom house. They're always on time if not early. The team works fast, efficiently, and do a great job. I love coming home to a fresh, clean house. My parents also use Maid in America.

Found this service on Angie's List.   I am very particular about cleaning services because I feel many of them "move" dirt and dust around, and don't necessarily clean very well.  Raul and two ladies arrived at the agreed upon time and I paid them an hourly rate to clean everything from ceiling to baseboards since my house just had a bathroom renovation.  They brought all of their own cleaning products as well as vaccuums and mops.  I provided a couple of cleaners that I prefer and they were fine with that.  
Let me say that I was very impressed!  They worked so hard and so efficiently together.  Even though they are a little more expensive, I would totally use them again because everything was so clean!
