"STAY AWAY AND DONT USE THIS COMPANY Spend your money somewhere else. I was promised that my rodent issue would be solved, but I am still having issues with rats in my house. I shown them the rat feces near my sink, stove and cabinets. I still have activity going on in my ceiling but everytime they have come over, they don’t want to go in. Don’t know why since they don’t answer my questions about it. All they can say is they don’t know where they are coming from or how they are getting in. My dog has caught more rats than they have. They claim to have a “15 month warranty” where they advertise they GUARANTEE animals will not re-enter for 15 months or they will RETURN and SERVICE the problem for FREE. When speaking with the Operations Manager, Fabian (took 2 weeks for him to call me after I called him 5 different times and left him messages), he said they don’t offer refunds and he didn’t know what was offered or guaranteed. As if they aren’t any notes in my file. He was not friendly and said if I have to call BBB or seek legal advice that’s up to me. He also promised to call me back after speaking to the salesman who set up services with me. It’s been a week and I have heard nothing. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! Use someone else who knows what they are doing. Don’t fall for the positive reviews like I did. They do not answer their phone instead the answering service takes their calls for them."
