Their price is a little high. They are excellent. They are very good with the animals and I feel completely reassured with what they do. Their overall service is just excellent even though they are a little more expensive. That is why I go to them.

I have been very satisfied with them. When I take my dogs in, they have been very kind and affectionate. They are concerned about them and sends me online information about the shots they will have and we go through various things. The office is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly. They were pricey but the service is good.

Animal Grooming
My husband and I are very confident in Dr. Jake Wells's care of our horses. He's been our vet for 7 years and we highly recommend him.
One of the things we appreciate most is that his philosophy of horse care (and people care, for that matter) is the same as ours: i.e.: don't over-treat; don't rush to intervene; do only what is necessary.
It seems to us that some of the vets who treat horses where ours are stabled are too quick to do injections into hocks, feed super-premium food to horses that barely work, and in general do a lot more than is necessary. We suspect that it's more profitable for the vet and it may make the owners feel they are doing everything possible for their horses, but we don't treat ourselves that way, so we don't want our horses treated that way.
In addition to general horse care, Jake does chiropractics on horses, when necessary, and dental work.

Animal Grooming, Animal Boarding Kennels
Dr. Lang is an excellent vet who truly loves animals; he has an EXCELLENT staff. He is responsive and is not sure about an issue with my oldest cat (16 years plus) he does further research and gets information back to me as quickly as possible. He likes my older cat so well, he keeps him in the clinic/lab area with him when I am boarding my cats. Staff takes pictures of your animals while they are being boarded and posts pictures on their Facebook page so you can actually see how your pets are doing. We have moved all over the USA and this is by far the best veterinary clinic we have ever used for our cats (I drive 45 miles to get to their location). They are also very willing to give tours of their facility.

Veterinarians
I really liked this vet and all of the office staff. Everyone at the office was very friendly and my dog seemed very relaxed. The building itself is tastefully designed, decorated, and clean. The vet did a through exam and prescribed several medications and special food to help my dog get better. My only concern with the experience was the cost and the wait time.I haven't had to take my dog to the vet often so I don't have much to compare the cost to, but $200 seemed high to me. I think it was mostly the medications that were the pricey part. Also, we waited for about 25-35 minutes to see the vet from the start of our appointment time. This is frustrating when you have children with you.
