THEY THEN RETURN ON JULY 1 TO INSTALL AND STAIN THE NEW FENCE! THEY WERE SO FAST AND EFFICIENT AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

"Darrell was very punctual from the beginning to the end of the job.  He and his crew (Junior and Dan) showed up on time started the project. My yard is fairly large and it needed about 300 linear feet of fencing.  Darrell used # 1 rated treated cedar picket fence from the reputable lumber company and it took about 650 pickets (6'x51/2")and also used treated kick board.  Darrell himself installed all the fence and he is an expert fence installer.  I want to say the pickets and workmanship was the best in my sub-division in Houston.  Darrell and his crew was very respectable, courteous and were on time every day.  They cleaned the entire yard and picked up all the debris and even swept the driveway.  Darrell is very honest in dealings and satisfactorily completed his job.   I will strongly recommend his business (Privacy fencing) to anyone.  I had three bids and Privacy fencing was very competitive in pricing and he did all the work per the initial contract. My fence was the standard pine tract home fence installed when I purchased my new home eleven years ago.  The slats were warping and deteriorated.  Some rails were barely attached and cracked completely through.  After reading many reviews on Dominion Fences and Decks, I came to the conclusion that the few bad reviews out of the many positive reviews might be the result of a young inexperienced company representative and/or difficult unrealistic customers.  I decided to  purchase the $99 fence repair Big Deal from Dominion Fences and Decks mainly to get an estimate for repairs and reattach some slats until I could decide what to do.  The son, Adam, came to my house to discuss the Big Deal I had purchased.  Together we surveyed the fence and more problems were found behind the large bushes.  At my request, he gave me two estimates: 1) for repairs and 2) for a completely new fence using my choice of pressure-treated cedar or redwood.  He also showed me colors of fence stain.  I decided to replace the fence rather than repair it.  I copied the estimate and took it to each of my three neighbors (two sides at 90 linear feet and one side at 56 linear feet).  They chose to get their own estimates, but later came back to me agreeing to use Dominion Fences & Decks.  The job took a little longer than the three days originally estimated.  None of the neighbors has complained about the quality of the fence, and one has told me it is beautiful.  To me and my children, the fence looks beautiful and the redwood smell is fabulous.  I never thought a fence was that important aesthetically, but what a beautiful backdrop for my yard.

"Our sales person was very thorough in explaining the details, and helped us to realize that we needed a bigger patio then we had even anticipated. The end construction is very thorough, and the quality of the product looks great. The main issue that I had with them is two things: first, one of their workers stepped through a wicker chair that we had and damaged it, and two, they put a gouge in our fence. In fairness, they did compensate us for the damaged chair, and explained that the fence was due to the concrete truck they had to bring in. Overall, even with the small issues, I was very satisfied with their service, especially with the fact that they took the time to listen to my needs, and make a solution that fit both our needs and our budget. Even though we wound up getting just a basic concrete patio, they took care of us with good care and quality."
