"In terms of quality, the without k was superb. We enlosed part of the garage and created an additional room to the house. The final product blended with the house as it is as originally built that way. To be more specific, Blake properly rasaised (floated) the garage floor to the same level of the house. Tight spqcing 2x4 was placed, nailed and plywood was then placed glued and nailed. There were no errors, rattling sound - just solid properly built floor. The same goes for the wall. Sound construction of studs and dry wall. The paint job wrapp d all of that bl nding perfectly with the rest of the house; truly as if it were built with with the original house. In terms of pricing. Blake was very reasonable. Money was not the motivator; the quality and good outcome was his main driver. He kept telling me "if you're happy, I am happy!" And I was very pleased with the work. Frankly, I would have paid more. But the trick is that I will be calling him back many tim s to come. In terms of timing, Blake was quick. The whole job took a week. He was 8:00 AM at my door step every day. The guy m ans business and he is seriuos about it."

"I reached out to multiple contractors to evaluate and propose a solution for a complex structural problem related to my garage. Specifically, a main structural beam on my covered patio was not properly secured to the structure of the garage. Poor workmanship by a previous contractor had led to leaks in the roof above the beam resulting in rot of the wood framing underneath which eventually led to the failure of the connection between the beam and the framing members in the garage. The beam dropped several inches and damaged the siding and trim on the garage. I called Kephart Handyman after reading their reviews on Angie's List. Barry promptly replied to my inquiry and came to my home to evaluate the problem. After taking some pictures he came back to me quickly with a proposal. There was some uncertainty on what would actually need to be done depending on what his team found when they removed some of the damaged wood. In the end, Barry's team removed and replaced all of the damaged structural framing, roof decking and shingles and added a new support column for the beam. They wrapped the beam to match others on our patio. The quality of their workmanship was very good and the team cleaned up as they did their work. In the end, the job took five days instead of the quoted three days and involved unplanned removal and repair of drywall inside the garage. Barry stood by his estimate and did not charge extra for the added time it took to make the repairs. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work and their ability to find a solution to this complex repair. "Polo and his painter showed up right on time, and once I showed them what needed to be done, they were on it. The painter did an amazing job blending the old gypsum board with the new and texturing the repaired portions to match the existing texture. We first hired Gamez Construction to build a new fence for our backyard, and after the quality of all their work and their great prices, we plan to hire them once we move to help with renovations in our new home."

"Jose and his team are exceptional. We hired him for 3 small projects (installing a screen door, installing a barn door in the nursery and replacing water damaged ceiling and adding beams). The quality and thoughtfulness of the work far exceeded our expectations. How can you exceed expectations installing a screen door, you ask? He noticed we had cats and made sure to order an upgraded pet-safe door. All materials were included in his estimate and he consistently ordered extremely high quality materials and finishes. He was always exactly punctual and communication was very clear. We would trust Jose with every aspect of our house and immediately requested estimates for additional work after he finished this project. The title "Handyman" doesn't do Jose justice - he's a craftsman."

"Steven came with his crews and painted my 2 story house from top to bottom the pressure washed it to get all the dirt mildew, and falling paint off, then he painted the trim and then began painting the entire house. I had also asked him if he could paint the black balcony gates and he offered to change it for free, he also changed a piece o rotten wood I had on my garage for free. 
I am very satisfied with his work, I received a couple quotes before calling him and the were charging me 20,000 plus.
Not to mention his price was cheaper. his quality of work was excellent and he did a few things for free.
I am very happy with his work and will be my go to painter each and every time, he also does a lot of other work so i will call him when i decide to renovate my office and kitchen.
