"Polo was extremely punctual and showed up the next day after I called to give an estimate. He inspected the area very thoroughly and spent a lot of time discussing various options for gutter cleaning. On his recommendation we elected to replace an existing gutter guard system with wire mesh, as it is easier to clean and less prone to pluggage from pine needles. David and his crew arrived promptly the next day to begin work. They were extremely professional and kept me informed of the progress. They finished the same day. Even though the job turned out to have some additional scope and take longer than anticipated, Polo stuck to the original estimate and did not charge extra. They also left the area clean and neat. "Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber. I would use Jose again and have recommended him to my realtor and other friends. Great job!"
