We have a five year warranty with them and when I called to have them back he said he would come back but he has not.

I was disappointed in the services I received when I had work done by Fredericks Remodeling. The quality of work was all right but the overall experience was bad. There was no real floor plan developed when I had my patio enclosed and this caused some major problems for everyone. There were a few different people coming and going to do the work, and most were sloppy with their day to day clean up, and had to fix someone else's mistake before continuing onto their work. The painter left paint on the window framing and did not clean it off. The storm door was of poor quality and the man who installed it did a terrible job of hanging it. I felt that my job was only 95% complete and there was no follow up on the behalf of Fredericks to see if the people they were sending were doing a proper job. I had gotten three bids before choosing Fredericks and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
