We also knew what we wanted to see as an outcome, including landscape lighting. Jon and his crew do very good work and Jon is onsite quite a bit during the whole process, and very flexible in making changes on the fly and adapting and being practical in solutions to get the desired outcome. We had suspected there could be an issue in the past and were told that we were looking at a 15K job. We were mortified, and called Sam the Plumber to get a second opinion. Their representative was very understanding of our situation and we were relieved when he said they could have everything done 2 days from then, at only 3K dollars. This place was a relief after several months of dishonest contractors and headaches. We highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs."

Since Cory has taken over, all he does is make the sell and send you the bill. When I have an issue, it will take him over a week to respond. In a recent project I hired IOE for was to replace my fence. The installers used too long of nails which came through on the neighbors side. My neighbor shared his concern for safety and when I contacted Cory, it took him 3 days to respond and longer than a week to resolve. I don't know if they have gotten too busy but when you spend money you expect them to respond especially when it is regarding safety. If you hire IOE here is what you can expect: expensive cost, long/poor response times and a laundry list of excuses from Cory. I would not recommend."
