The tubing part needed to be replaced. The technician immediately knew what to do, and replaced the part very quickly. I asked him to perform a quick inspection of the water heater and he did so at no extra charge. Super Plumber also replaced my very old water heater in 2013 and did an excellent job. They showed up the same day and had it fully installed, including a water heater stand and drain pipe to meet city code requirements. It has worked great, and the recent issue was minor. I could have fixed it myself, but wanted them to do a quick inspection anyway since it's a gas heater.

With almost all the toilets they replaced, they cut out the sheetrock wall behind them. We were not aware that would be necessary, and of course they did not replace the sheetrock. Were in a huge hurry to get paid, even before their work could be checked thoroughly. Said they could unstop the drain on a drinking fountain, but when attempted they said they could not complete the work. Accepted the job of replacing the flushing mechanism in a toilet, but when they came to that toilet then said it needed to be replaced instead. These tasks were included in the bid and they were paid that amount even though everything promised was not done.

I walked out into the garage early morning and saw water all over the floor.  I knew instantly that the old water heater finally gave out.  Super Plumber arrived that morning and gave me a very reasonable estimate for installation of a new water heater. It also needed to be elevated off the floor to comply with city code, so some modifications to piping and vent were also required.  The new water heater was installed the same day, and they did an excellent job!

Rusty came out. He assessed the job, got the parts, came back the next day. He fixed the leak. He did a very nice job. He was prompt and professional.

Another company wanted $2-3,000. The quality was good. I would call him again if I had a problem.

He came when he said he would come and gave us an estimate of what it would cost. He finished within a few hours and that was it. We had no problems.

They did put in some new pipes but at a high cost. I also found that they did not replace where they had to tear into the Sheetrock. I was just left because the hole is behind the sink. I was not aware that it was there for a while and cold air was coming in. There have not been problems with the actual plumbing but between the price and damage they did, I would never go near them again.

He had to come out twice. The first time he brought the wrong tools and he cut a pipe in two. He only had a 25 ft. snake. He had to come back again with the correct snake and charged me again. This turned out to be a $400 job.

Super Plumber did a horrible job trying to fix the pipes in my bathroom. They actually made it way worse than it was before. What really made me mad was they had the audacity to overcharge me . I felt it was just ridiculous, and the fact that they were very rude just made it an unpleasant experience. I will never use them again.
