GreenStreet- Home Energy Efficiency installed the A/C during the summer and they forgot to activate the heater part. So when it got cold, we couldn't get hold of them. A part of it was great. Another part of it, not being able to get hold of them, an F. They offered us lots of options. Instead of just one size fits all, he did offer high and low, good warranty, bad warranty.
