We’ve been using Weeks for years for routine maintenance, always with good results. This year we decided it was time for a system replacement, including all the attic ductwork. We got an outstanding team who did a superb job with this large task: 3 and 4 ton Daikin condensers, matching furnaces, new ductwork, and all the bells & whistles that go with that. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Weeks Service Company. Many thanks to Theo, Richard, John, Edgar, and Braedon. You guys were all professional, polite, treated us and our house with respect, and most of all were highly competent. It was a pleasure going through this big project with you!

WEEKS’ Service Company's FRAUD We have done quite a bit of business with WEEKS for years now-purchasing/installing new equipment, making repairs and improvements, as well as paying over $200/year for their “maintenance agreement”-where they would come out twice a year to maintain the A/C system in the Spring and the heater in the Fall. Last Thursday (12/2/21), Jesus came out to do the heater check, which shouldn’t have had any problems, since it was newer and installed by WEEKS. He, for some reason decided to check the A/C, which was not common practice in our experience. He came down from the attic and informed me that the evaporative cooler was rusty and had a leak. I told him that we weren’t having any problems with the A/C. He showed me pictures, but I could see no leak. He said that it wouldn’t last long and should be replaced, as well as all the ductwork. He never went outside to check the outside unit. He said someone would come out tomorrow to give me an estimate. Leigh came out early, and gave me an estimate for almost $7000. He went outside with no tools to “look” at outside unit, came back in and said it was “fine”, and didn’t need replacement. I called another HVAC company to come out and look at the evaporative cooler. They did, said it was common for them to get rusty, but there was NO leak. They went out and checked pressure on outside unit and said it was fine. Had there been a leak, the pressure would have been off, but it wasn’t. They also checked air flow from each vent and said it was fine. What Jesus did, with WEEKS’ support, constitutes fraud. I began to think back: (1) (in 2017) to being told that our heater wouldn’t last, and being sold the most expensive one that they had, which ended up being too big for the space in the attic (as per installers), and really doesn’t work well. This was “sold” by Anthony, who now has moved up in the company. (2) (2016) Len coming out for an A/C check, noticing that the pan was full of water, moving it, then leaving, saying nothing. A few days later water began staining hallway under attic. This water destroyed our plenum box. This cost us over a $1000 to replace plenum and pvc piping to carry overflow outside. (Thank goodness we had Mark, who tried to fix plenum, but it was too saturated, and got us the replacement for half off.) Len is still with the company, but in another capacity. Apparently, WEEKS “honors” those who “sell” new equipment, whether it is needed or not; something Jesus picked up on rather quickly. It simply boils down to fraudulent practices. We will never do business with WEEKS again. My advice would be to hire an HVAC person to come out once a year to check both your systems-someone you know and trust. Also, just as important, do your research! Google anything you are told is wrong, or any relevant question you may have. It’s online that I learned evaporative coolers normally rust, and that rust can be easily removed-enhancing the life your system, but apparently WEEKS didn’t want this done.

Great. Codey, the service tech, was very professional & thorough. He showed us where the former service provider had not even opened some of the system so they had not been properly servicing the system for years. But the good news was that there was no cracked heat exchanger & the system is functioning fine. Thanks Week’s.

I have used them for over 30 years. They have been repairing my other two systems for 30 years. They always treat me right. If it can be fixed cheaper, they tell me how. I can get them 24/7 for no extra charge. The service guy was great.

They found the problem and replaced the part. Also checked freon in both units and made an adjustment in the blower speed for the other unit. They did NOT try to tell me that because my A/C 18 years old that i needed to replace, unlike others. Tech was knowledgable. Also, they offer Saturday service for regular prices. Good job.

Excellent. Recommended replacing older electric panel for $2000 but our warranty repair service said it was over cautious. Otherwise, first class service and professionalism.

They gave a decent estimate, but as part of it, the AC repairman scammed me. He told me my AC's capacitor was broken, which was causing the fan to blow backwards. For $120, he could fix most of my problems and I probably wouldn't need the AC repair. What a scam. After the AC didn't change, I started checking online. The part was right, but it wasn't broken, and if fixed, it doesn't fix those symptoms. Total scam. I went with another company to replace my AC unit.

Very meticulous work. We had a very old unit. They took the time to inspect everything and make sure all was done properly. Any old our outdated wiring was fixed and inspected to make sure all was up to code.
