Very sloppy work. Plugs that were suppose to be hot all the time are only hot when the lights are on, therefore I will have to get someone else to re-do them. Plugs on front of work benches stick out over an inch....another thing that I'm going to have to change. Very poor communication, late show ups, no shows and lots of rescheduling. There was one other issue (the one that was the most crucial one to me) but, I will not mention it on a public site. He left the job unfinished and won't return texts and calls. But, he sure put himself on a very high pedestal. Lots of bragging about his work ethics, people skills and punctuality.
UPDATE: To begin with, the price he quoted, in the very beginning, is the price we went with. I did ask him to do a couple more things and he gave me a price to do them and I paid him the extra for doing them. Digging the trench to the shed and greenhouse was included in the original quote so he did nothing extra here?.even though he makes it sound like it was above and beyond. Yes, my funds are limited and now I'm going to have to hire someone else to fix these things and finish what he didn't come back and do. As far as the walk through and ?everything was as I requested??.well, I took him on his word, which turned out to be a mistake on my part. As we walked through he STATED that the ceiling plugs in the shop were all hot all the time and the ones on the front of the bench were not. That is what we agreed upon, however, only one of the ceiling plugs is hot, the one in the middle of the shop. The two above the benches are not hot. The light above the bench has to be on for them to work. I guess I should have plugged something in to check this for myself instead of taking him on his word. He knew from the beginning that the lights I bought were the plug in type. I told him this in the beginning and showed him the light fixtures and explained I wanted it this way in case I ever need to change them that all I had to do was unplug the old and plug the new. There is nothing wrong with the lights I bough. I have checked with another electrician and the sales associate from Lowe?s where I bought the lights and the plugs just simply are not wired properly. As for the plugs sticking out on the front of the workbench, you can see these in the pictures I posted. Who would put sheetrock on the front of a workbench? I do not care about the light fixture. Frank told me it was used and I was ok with that from the beginning (it was just a fixture for the greenhouse). As for the fan bracket he is referring to, it is still wobbly and once again I did not get the ladder and check it before they left. I noticed it afterwards when the fan started wobbling. So that didn?t get fixed properly, even though I paid for it. He was supposed to come back and finish hanging a fan in the bedroom. The fan was defective and I was going to have to get a new one. They did not have time that day for me to go get the new one. Also, they were going to add a plug in my bathroom. So we agreed that they would come back another day and do those two things?.and, since they were extra, we agreed upon a price for them. Several days went by, with the old fan hanging unfinished from the ceiling, and I did not hear from him. I tried to call him, no response and no return call when I left a message. I sent a text and he responded and told me he would get back to me and he never did. And, since he mentioned it, I will respond to the missing hammer. I DID NOT ACCUSE HIM of taking my hammer or anything else. You can read the email message I sent him and see that I merely ask him if it could have gotten mixed up with their tools since they were working in my shop. I posted a picture of it with the other pictures."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/tx/corpus-christi/nesmith-electrical-services-reviews-6221546.htm"},"position":6},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"AutoNation Honda South Corpus Christi","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"TX","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Christopher P."},"reviewBody":"The buying experience was real good. i went to AutoNation Honda Corpus christi's website to get general info about the vehicle. customer service was great, even after the sale.

I got the task of obtaining bids for replacing the siding on a detached building about the size of a three car garage. I looked in the yellow pages and searched online. and quot;Lonestarand quot; was just as good as any to call, so it was kind of the luck of the draw that I called them and got someone to pick up on the other end. The receptionist answered, took my information, and I got a call back within about fifteen minutes! Billy responded the same day. He came with references and a pictorial portfolio of previous work. No one else had done that. After looking at the shop and taking measurements, he returned to the house, did the math right in front of me and I had a bid before he left. In the end, I got five bids over a week's time... three of which I had to hunt down with repeated phone calls. The lowest bid on this project was $4,000. The highest was $28,000. (Really!) Billy's was in the middle at $8,500 and made the most sense. (The $4,000 approach was to basically make do. The high-end bid was, well, high-end and totally impractical.) Billy and I agreed up front that we didn't want to simply and quot;do what we could get away withand quot; in preparing the property for sale, yet we did want to be smart and not go overboard with excessive or costly improvements. ie. Keep all existing siding that was worth keeping and discard the rest... the rest being more than 80% unfortunately. Billy was available to start the project in a reasonable amount of time and when they did, he and his crew showed up every day. They were polite and clean, focused and got along well with each other and with our parents neighbors who kept popping in to check on things. Their work days were shorter than I would have expected, still, they knew the deadline we faced and they got the job done--and done well at that. Then when the inspector found a few other things we had to address, Billy made himself available to help (at a price, of course, but a fair one). Knowing he had another job already lined up, this meant a lot to us that he was willing to help. I would absolutely call on this company for future projects.

He had the necessary part on his truck, and repaired the wine cooler in no time. He was professional, and knew exactly where to start. "Fernando, his son Frankie, and Jeb Kraft (substituting for a vacationing crew member) were excellent. Their experience, work ethic, and attitude were outstanding. Every issue that arose as they repaired work another company did several years ago was solved by Fernando. He always provided several options and we selected the best one for the situation. Because Fernando hand-dug the needed holes and trenches he had no problem when he encountered the main electric line several feet from where 811 had marked it."

Heavenly Heat Infrared Saunas are made for the chemically sensitive. That means that our infrared saunas create an ideal, safe, and effective detoxification environment for anyone seeking to eliminate toxic substances from their body.
"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."

If you’re debating whether it’s worth repairing a damaged appliance, consider a few factors, including the appliance’s age and the cost to replace it. Large, high-value appliances are worth repairing, especially when the fixes are minor and the appliance is only a few years old. However, if the cost of repairs is more than half the price of a new item, then it may be worth replacing it. For example, if your refrigerator repair costs continue increasing and add up to more than 50% of the cost to replace it, you’re better off buying a new one.
In most cases, appliance warranties do not transfer to new owners. However, some exceptions apply. To check the status of your appliance warranty and whether you can transfer it when you move, review the terms and conditions of your warranties or consult your home warranty service. When purchasing a new appliance or one from a previous owner, be sure to pay attention to its warranty status, including the type of coverage and any exclusions.
Typically, most appliances last anywhere from 10 to 15 years, depending on the appliance, brand, and amount of use. Keeping a regular maintenance schedule, including cleaning and tune-ups, also helps appliances last longer. Dryers, gas stoves, and refrigerators tend to last the longest, averaging about 13 to 15 years. Microwaves and dishwashers tend to last about 10 years on average.
There are a few scenarios when replacing all kitchen appliances simultaneously makes sense, including major renovations, moving into a new home, or purchasing as a set. If you want to refresh your kitchen upon move-in day or start over during a renovation, consider purchasing and replacing your kitchen appliances at once to save on labor costs. Also, if your appliances are all original to the home or are older and require increasing amounts of maintenance and repair, replacing them all at the same time may be a good option.
The cost of home appliances ranges from $350 to $8,000 or more, depending on the brand, type of appliance, and features. Additional cost factors include any hookups that need to be installed, such as gas, plumbing, or electrical. Keep in mind that major appliances, such as refrigerators, washers and dryers, and water heaters, will cost more than minor appliances, such as microwaves, due to the size, complexity, and essential nature of the item.
