AutoNation Honda South Corpus Christi

There was no charge. It was with my car when I purchased it. I have lifetime oil changes. Normally my experiences are great. I never have any problems. That date, it wasn't the greatest. I would say that day I would probably give them a "C" but overall, from every date I have ever been there, I would give them a "B". Any time I have had problems, it's been with with the oil changes, the service department never works with the sales department. The sales department went above and beyond to help me and to get me the car that I wanted. They were fantastic and did everything possible. The service department, when I go in for an oil change, I get my car back not how I turned it in. My seat and my mirrors are completely off.

The staff is very nice and friendly, especially the service department. Everything was great. The service department is excellent. The couple of people I deal with are excellent.

The buying experience was real good. i went to AutoNation Honda Corpus christi's website to get general info about the vehicle. customer service was great, even after the sale.

Prompt acknowledgement at reception by adviser. Work complete in 30 minutes including a car wash.

My experience was good but I had to keep calling them to find out where they were in the process. It seems like so far that they did a good job. The car drives better and they got rid of the noise it was making. They are just not good at communicating and we have to keep calling them to get updates.

I've been very happy with the way they took care of stuff. We went in there with some minor problems. They diagnosed it and they don't even have it charged and they've done a good job of figuring out what's wrong. Auto Nation bought them and all the other dealerships in Corpus Christi, I think. Somebody ran into my car last Fall, I thought I was going into the moon for this car. We used them to find out if I had a bad diagnosis and in the end it's not where you want a bad diagnosis in which at that time. We drove, we left home at 4:30, we drove to 5 hours away, going through all that traffic, going back to Houston traffic, came back to Kingsville, I thought I just need to be swift. I drove on a backstreet and there's a teenager come rushing through her sign, I was literally going 20 miles an hour because that was view surfing and I'm relaxed so that wasn't a bad accident, my car only took 2 bumps on the south and it took $6000 but the airbags didn't go off but anyway and that was with another service. We're quite happy with them. I think we had a joint going out and somehow one of the wheels had come off. There was a Honda dealer in Norman, Oklahoma that told us that it was something else and we'd just totally fix that and it was perfectly okay to go on up to Tulsa and go home, we could drive it at our convenience because they did have the parts. So we did all of that and we get home and over there and they said that wasn't the problem. They said that this other thing could go out at any minute and your wheel goes crashing across the interstate. I had that many years ago, I had that sort of thing and it's not great, no this is not a lot of fun on a long trip. We were happy with Auto Nation. They apparently diagnosed the right problem, they fixed it, and whatever strange noise we had, is gone. I feel like they're courteous, honest, and friendly. I think their prices are fair. They do serve fattening donuts. We're very happy working with them. They're clean and tidy. You feel like they're doing a good job. If I need to leave the car for longer, they'll drive me if I have an appointment or something like that and drop me off somewhere.

Champion Honda in Corpus Christi is absolutely superb. I have written a letter to their management complementing them. The professionalism, the friendliness is excellent. They have a short wait-time. They are set up for people to schedule appointments. We have never taken advantage of that. I have never felt there was an excessive wait. There are multiple times we have gone in not knowing if we had a problem or not and they have checked and fixed it and not charged us. The only problem is they are far away from us. I will continue to use them in the future.

They promised me they would be finished at a certain time and it was not. I did not get my car back until the end of the day. There is however, more reliablility with auto repair if it is coming from the actual dealership.

My experience was very good. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again in the future. The window is working. I thought that their price was little high but almost all of them charge the same and I haven't checked it with others.
