I had a very positive interaction with them. I provided them with the criteria as to what I was looking for and they gave me a couple of recommendations and also identified which one had special features in buying a 46 inch size screen, that came with a PS3. I got a pretty good deal. I especially enjoyed the choice one could make, when you go to buy a television, with so many to choose from. It was possible for you to provide a criteria for what you were looking for and let someone present the options and show you the pros and cons so that you can make a choice. Just looking at the picture for what it looks like is not enough. Understanding what all the television can give to you is a really important thing. So I thought it was really helpful and I have enjoyed my TV right from the first day and I like it.

I purchased a Toshiba laptop in June of 2010 from Best Buy.  They recommended I buy a service contract.  In May of 2012 I began experiencing difficulties and took it in to the nearest store.  They listened to me, checked out my laptop and concluded the keyboard had gone out.  Since I had the service contract they told me to go to a salesperson and explain that I was to get one of comparable value for  exchange.  The only thing I was billed for was the new service contract on the new computer.
