Perez Water Well Sales & Service

I called Perez Water Well Sales & Service and was told the owner Ray would call me back.  I waited 2 days and called again and was told he would call me back that evening.  I finally spoke to Ray on a Friday afternoon and he said he would be out Monday if he could, it would probably be Tuesday.  Tuesday afternoon I started calling again to see if he was going to be out and I was told he would call me.  He did call and came out, looked at the situation and gave me some suggestions. I agreed to his recommendations and he said he would be out on Wednesday to do the repairs.  No one showed up on Wednesday so that afternoon I called and left a message for Ray, he called back & said he would not be able to come out on Wednesday after all and he could come out Thursday.  I explained I would not be home Thursday and he said he would check his schedule and let me know.  I never heard anything else from him, not even after leaving several messages for him to call me over the next 2 days.

I finally found another Water Well Service company to do the repairs.
