"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

Many references available and have an excellent reputation for our workmanship. If you’re thinking about painting the interior or exterior of your home anytime soon, you should call. We do excellent work and usually save people hundreds of dollars over other companies. We do pressure wash homes. driveways, sidewalks, anything as long as it doesn't blow away. All types of minor repairs, we're good at what we do as evidenced by our references.

They can do and were willing to tackle every honey-do project that we wanted done, even in the blistering hot weather in the 90s. Larry had built his own home from scratch himself so there's nothing he hasn't had experience doing. They were very creative in solving complex problems in the most simple and cost-effective manner that made the most sense. No. You should dispose of all oil-based finishing products through a local hazardous waste program. Not only can oil-based finishes be hazardous for the environment if disposed of in the sink, but they can cause clogs in your pipes and stop up your drains. Most municipal garbage or waste disposal companies have a specific location or pick-up schedule for hazardous materials, so that’s your best bet to get rid of excess finishing products.

A two-way cleanout can help if there’s already a clog, but the best strategy to prevent one is by not rinsing grease, oil, or fat down your drains, not flushing or rinsing coffee grounds or egg shells down your drains, flushing only human waste and toilet paper (so no diapers, period products, bathroom wipes, or paper towels), and using drain guards on all of your drains.

In most areas, drain cleaning professionals don’t technically need a license, as they aren’t altering your plumbing system in any way. However, we recommend hiring a drain cleaning professional with a plumbing license and certification. Certified plumbers are more likely to provide professional solutions to drain clogs without damaging your system. They’ll also have the diagnostic tools and experience necessary to remove the clog entirely rather than providing a temporary solution, as a handyperson might.
