Joseluis really made me feel like a part of his family, like he would take care of my project as if it were his top priority, right from the first day. Every single step in the project he had great communication. The guys he brought with him to work in my house were friendly and didn't mind my questions or "during the process" pictures. They felt like family too. I had no doubts that they were taking good care of my house and doing quality work. As part of my project they were removing three larger kitchen cabinets. Other contractors had told me they wouldn't be able to replace them with smaller versions that match my kitchen because the cabinets are old. I really like the old style of my cabinets so I was disappointed. I was prepared to just not have cabinets in that spot because I didn't want to have to replace my whole kitchen just to match my three cabinets (like other contractors told me to). Joseluis understood and talked to multiple cabinet guys and eventually was able to find someone to custom make cabinets in my old style to match my kitchen. I'm so so pleased with how it all turned out. Every time I would come to him with an idea, he saw my vision and made it work. STOP SEARCHING for other contractors. This team will be your go to guys for any project. I absolutely trust them to do a good job and have already hired them for a completely different project at my house. "This was a roof inspection with no findings"

"The technician that was assigned to evaluate my roof gave me a call prior to heading out and ask what incentive did my insurance company had to offering for the discount. I was completely honest and told him that if my roof is rated for class 4 that the insurance company will give me $250 annual discount. He also ask what kind of roof did I have installed to which I replied standing seam metal roof. The technician was honest and gave me a run down of wether the discount was in best case scenario. In the long run. And I must say it’s refreshing to hear honest positive opinion from a company that didn’t have to give me all the info and run down. They could have just a charge me the fee to certify my roof but they wanted to make sure that I was getting the best case scenario for my situation. Thank you again for the honesty. I recommend this company they are honest and will not try to sell you anything that you honestly don’t need."

Forrest was extremely responsive. I called and he was able to come by, I believe, the next day to an energy audit to determine why my electric bill was outrageous and the temperature varied throughout the house. Right away he determined there was virtually no insulation in the attic (easier said than done considering the dark,  3 ft crawl space filled with giant metal ducts) except what was left from the original install in 1975. I was able to schedule to have the work done in about 5 days. I'm not sure if the price was good or not but I really liked Forrest and he was available to get the work done ASAP...that made it the right price!  He and his crew arrived when they said they would, blew in the insulation, mended ducts, expelled all the critters in the attic, and replaced the broken booster fan blocking the air going to the opposite end of the house.

I also texted Forrest Friday with concerns that there was hot air coming out of the vent when the AC wasn't on, he said he could be there the next day to check it out. He showed up when he said he would, determined that coincidently, I walked under the vent right when the AC turned on and all the hot air was being pushed from the duct.  There was no issues other than my bad timing.

I will continue to use this company for everything and anything they can provide that I need in the future.
