"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. "The work went great. I found a water stain in my ceiling after a recent storm, and I wanted to get the repair done before the next rainstorm in the forecast. I spoke to Alex, and he showed a real interest in getting the job done and asked for any pictures that I had that could help him assess the job. He was able to help me out and get the repair done right away. He even showed me that there were some exposed nailheads (that should have been sealed by a previous contractor but weren't) and took care of that as well. The price was competitive (I quoted with another roofing company), and I am very satisfied."
