"Everything went fine only problem is the tech that came out the first time was here for about 2 hours (actually less) I didn’t mind paying the 2 hour minimum. Had to call them out again because, my sink was leaking again! The same tech came out again and said that the basket strainer was improperly installed which means it was part of the problem when he was here the first time! So I was charged another 2 hour minimum because he didn’t do his job properly! So I am out of pocket not only the $500 that the previous guy charged me but, now the almost $400 for the first time Stricklands came out and almost $300 the second time today! So I have paid $1200 for just 1 freaking drain!"

I then called my home warranty, they sent NexGen Comfort Services. After evaluating my AC's situation, my home warranty would not pay due to the unit not being installed properly in the first place. However, I was so impressed with NexGen I asked them for an estimate. Their estimate did not involve replacing my unit but actually fixing the problem. They fixed the problem as well as brought everything up to code. I am more than pleased with NexGen, they are out to fix the problem, not take advantage of the consumer. Without a doubt if needed, I would not hesitate to call them again and would HIGHLY recommend NexGen Comfort Services. If you want details, please proceed... Marty was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He came by between other jobs the day before the install to talk through the process and answer all of our questions. He was candid, clear, and very professional. Marty and his team showed up on time and after a brief review of the process, jumped right into the job at-hand. Marty s team included his son and three other young men. They were all polite, friendly, and professional as well. They completed the install in under 4 hours. We had some other work being done on the roof and he coordinated with us to make sure all of fit together perfectly. I highly recommend Marty and his team!
