Even after they said it was probably wear and tear the fact that it was included made us have to pay out-of-pocket. When we started an appeal with the home warranty company a completely different person, named fred, that we had never talked to before nor was out at the house fixing the leak made up some story about recent construction in the same area that was not true to make it where the home warrenty company would not cover the costs again."

With the pandemic, the heat and our age (over 70), we needed help quickly. After a very bad experience with a different contractor, we called 1st Choice Heating & Air Conditioning. They reacted to our situation the next day and scheduled a crew for a full replacement system to be installed on Friday morning. They're pricing was fair (and less that the other contractor), and they did not try to take advantage of us for the expedited service. We found 1st Choice to be highly professional, meticulous in the installation and very customer centric -- very straight forward. They've called several times afterward to make sure the system was functioning properly and that my wife and I are happy. Very refreshing in today's business environment.
