Compared to other competitors I found toned homes to be up front and honest . A+ on integrityâ ¦ and Antonio really knows his trade. Fixed my AC that another company was unable to do. If you are serious in looking for a company to do a project right look no further, Toned Homes will not poke your eyes and if itâ s an easy fix they will not like I said poke your eyes and make job look like itâ s more than what it is. Tone came to the rescue. One our older A/C units died. My home warranty covered the outside unit but not the inside. Because of coolant changes the new and existing were not compatible. It turned out Tone could supply and install a complete new system for the same price as the home warranty. Since I didn't use my warranty as per my contract they sent me $780. Results........great service, saved money and made a new friend!!

Excellent service from technician Elvin from Toned Homes AC & Heating. One of the cleanest service repairs I have experienced so far. Floor mats were placed in all working areas. Very efficient and finished the repair in timely matter.

Whenever we cal Toned Homes for any home service we are completely satisfied. This latest call was no different! A/C went out and within 1 hour the condenser was replaced and we were again able to tolerate the Texas heat. We have NOTHING but respect for Toned Homes. Reliable Service IS their specialty.

Tone was great, troubleshot the issue with me over the phone and got my part # for replacement capacitor. Came over with part and gor it installed. House is cooling down, and we are ready for this Texas heat. Highly recommend him.

I had an emergency ac leak that went through the ceiling in my upstairs loft, I called them on monday morning, spoke to the owner Tone who was extremely courteous and informative about the expected costs, and he gave me a window from 4 - 6 pm. Right on time, Danny ( and his helper that I regret not remembering his name) came in and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. Their recommendations were clear, I was offered an immediate estimate , the opportunity to commit and given a one day to two day completion of project. I am so completely satisfied.
