Absolute Plumbing

After having several problems with clogging by roots and the system overflowing into the house, it was recommended after they went into the system with a camera, that the line from the back of the house out to the sewer line be replaced and updated. The estimate was $7500. It was also suggested that due to the fact that the house was built in 1947 and that the pipes were very brittle, all the plumbing under the house needed to be replaced eventually and that it would be cheaper to do it all at once. We agreed to have Absolute do the entire job at one time. We are renting the house which I inherited from my mother until we retire and can move there from Texas. Absolute worked well with our tenant and he was impressed with their promptness and professionalism. I was able to have neighbors keep track of the work and they agreed that the workers were courteous and seemed to enjoy their work. The job was completed in a timely manner and even though we were concerned when we saw pictures as the yard was being dug up, they put things back in the best order they could. What really impressed us was after being notified of a major leak in the sprinkler system where they had been working, Absolute was able to come back and replace the sprinkler head that was causing the problem. They were true to their word that they would repair any damage caused by the job. Everyone seemed pleased with the work Absolute did and the way they handled the job. I will be able to add more after we go down and inspect the yard later this month.
New Note: We were finally able to inspect the premises on our annual trip to Florida from Texas and can confirm that Absolute does a wonderful job of returning the yard and patio back to its original state. They were very easy to work with long distance and I would definitely use them again.

That evening, my disabled veteran husband went to Lowe's to purchase a universal cartridge for the faucet.  The next morning, we tried to shower and all we could get was lukewarm water at best.  Nothing like taking a cold shower in the morning.  Right?  Not! So, saturday morning, my poor disabled hubby, took apart the faucet and found that they had broken the old cartridge and had just stuck it back in.  They did not tell me that they had ruined the cartridge while they were here.  And, to make matters worse, they somehow bent the actual faucet so that it does not meet the wall correctly now.  My husband had to apply a THICK line of sealant to it so that water would not get into it.  Now, we will have to go back to Lowe's to purchase a new faucet.
These guys caused more damage than they tried to fix.
